  My girlfriend and I went here this past weekend and came away with mixed feelings. Here are some pros & cons as well as some suggestions (if they read this). Let me preface by saying the entire reason we came here is because my girlfriend heard they can make any flavor vegan.
  
  + The product tasted great (non-vegan cream)
  + It was fun to watch the nitrogen spill over the counter-top
  
  Unfortunately that's about where the positives stop.
  
  - Pricey, especially given the next point
  - My portion was ridiculously small - I ordered a medium ("regular") and my small bowl was half-filled, I mean literally to about the half way point of the height of the cup. This was a $6.00 cup of ice cream (granted I had one add-on worth $.75) and I received maybe 4 ounces. I do not know if this is just the way they portion their product, or if the young man who made mine just misjudged how much he needed. If this can be chalked up to him learning, I am fine with that.
  - My girlfriend was disappointed with the vegan cream - it had an extremely overpowering coconut flavor. I understand they are using coconut milk for this, but I find it hard to believe that any bowl with the vegan cream will taste like anything other than coconut. Additionally, it was not mixed well - there were chunks of condensed coconut milk in her ice cream.
  - The last point is that no one was happy - the atmosphere simply sucked. This is supposed to be a fun place and it just wasn't. Some background music would probably go along way, as the long line waited in silence while the three workers made the ice cream to order.

  Awesomeness! Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen. Fascinating! It's really good too. The kids will love watching the staff make their ice cream concoctions from scratch, right in front of you. Surprisingly reasonable. Huge portions!

  They mix and freeze the ice cream right there in front of you which is really cool to watch. They staff was friendly and they have a wide variety of flavors and toppings. I was able to get lactose free ice cream with all the toppings I wanted in a waffle cone bowl and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this ice cream shop again!
